Job summary

Yulu is seeking a on-site technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on electric two-wheelers in Chennai district, Tamil Nadu. The role requires troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, using hand and power tools, and replacing spare parts to keep bikes safe and operable.

Candidates typically hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an ITI in Mechanics for a full-time, temporary/contract engagement. EV hands-on experience is a plus and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Certification in Mechanic.
• Prior EV maintenance experience is advantageous.
• Safety-conscious with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on electric two-wheelers.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use hand and power tools and replace spare parts.
• Follow safety and quality standards to ensure bikes are safe and operable.
• Maintain documentation and report issues for warranty or service.
• Work in a team to ensure timely servicing and high uptime.
