Job Title: Workplace Solution Architect

Experience Required: 8-12 years

Location: PAN INDIA

• The Workplace Transformation/End User Computing Architect – Presales will be responsible for creating winning propositions and solutions for all digital workplace opportunities.
• He/she may also lead a team, provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring. Will be responsible for front-ending all solution discussions with customers and onsite sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, mainly in infrastructure services and management.
• Experience in designing workplace solutions, including Service Desk, Field Support, Desktop Lifecycle Management, Email & Collaboration services, Virtual Desktop Architecture, and next-gen digital workplace technologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors for designing solutions and effort estimations.
• Experience in Workplace (End User Computing), Service Desk, and onsite support delivery is advantageous.
• Technical expertise in creating solutions as per customer RFP/RFI requirements.
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, transformations, and emerging products in the marketplace.
• Proficiency in designing next-generation digital workplaces and end-user experience solutions.
• Knowledge of workplace metrics, customer experience management, and design nuances of modern digital workplaces.
• Understanding of hosted workplace solutions and integration with on-premises solutions (Active Directory, Virtualization, MDM).
• Experience with workplace technologies, setup challenges, migration, and operations.
• Experience interfacing with executive leadership and providing strategic inputs on workplace transformation and architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions with customers.
