• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in the banking or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of banking business processes, products, and regulatory requirements, with expertise in one or more banking domains, such as retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, or payments.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking systems and technologies, including knowledge of core banking systems, payment systems, and regulatory reporting solutions.
• Open Shift, Microservices, Kubernetes, End to End architecture Omni channel, API gateway understanding, Enterprise Integration platforms like Confluent Kafka, API design and Database
• Proficiency in architecture design principles, patterns, and methodologies, with experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
• Experience in working in Agile delivery model
• Exposure to at least 1 of the cloud technology
• Comfortable with Architecture & UML modelling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Played a key role in at least one large/complex solution implementation

Good to Have:

• Exposure to two or more enterprise technologies - ERP, CRM, BPM, EAI, DW/BI, SOA etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably MS Azure, and experience with cloud-based solution architectures and migration strategies
• Ability to manage key stakeholders effectively
• BFSI Business Acumen
• Exposure to enterprise architecture
• Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, Azure Certified Solutions Architect are desirable.
