Single point of management control for facility management services in the client site.* To develop and implement Feedback mechanism from Client and its employees for the Services offered and act upon the resolutions Interpret the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.* Support the client in short and long-term project management.* Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified and mutually agreed upon by FM PARTNER & Client.* Review and deliver agreed reports like monthly/quarterly/ annual reports for the client.* Manage and mentor each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.* Manage compliance governance.* Share and implement best practices practiced by industry / by FM Partner at other client sites in concurrence with client approvals.**Location:**On-site –Hyderabad, TS**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
