Overview

Workplace Enablement Global Deployments and Governance Lead is accountable for enabling global workplace technology transformations to land successfully, scale consistently, and operate sustainably. The role acts as a transformational lead for Global Workplace Services, with emphasis on management of change, communications, adoption, governance, AI-enabled workplace experience, and the operating processes that support services after implementation, including chargeback, billing, and ongoing governance. Project management discipline is part of the role, but the primary focus is creating the conditions for successful transformation, operational maturity, and consistent global execution.

Based in India and operating globally, the position reports to the Workplace Enablement Lead and works as a peer to the enablement roles. Where the enablement roles drive regional adoption and business engagement, this role provides the global transformation backbone behind them: change and communications standards, governance routines, operational process design, chargeback and billing discipline, and the forums where decisions, escalations, and service model improvements are resolved.

Responsibilities

Transformation, Change Management, Communications, and Delivery Coordination

Ongoing Operations and Service Management

• Establish the operating model for workplace services after project transition, including service ownership, intake, prioritization, support handoffs, performance reporting, and run-state governance.
• Define and continuously improve chargeback models, billing governance, cost transparency, and operational controls for global workplace services.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, service owners, and sector teams to ensure ongoing operations are scalable, auditable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

Governance

• Design and run the governance model for the workplace portfolio, including forums, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Maintain program documentation, decision logs, and audit-ready records.
• Ensure implementations meet security, privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements in every market.
• Monitor compliance with global standards and drive corrective action where gaps are identified.

Process Design and Standards

• Define practical global processes for workplace services, from intake and prioritization through implementation support, adoption, operational handoff, and benefit tracking.
• Standardize demand management, decision-making, and governance routines across regions.
• Build reusable playbooks, checklists, communication assets, and operating artifacts that help transformations scale reliably in every market.
• Drive continuous improvement based on adoption insights, service performance, financial transparency, and stakeholder feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

• Work as a peer to the Workplace Enablement Leads, aligning global delivery and process with regional adoption plans across AMESA, Europe, and the other sectors.
• Build effective working relationships across IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and sector delivery teams.
• Communicate plans, status, and decisions clearly to both technical teams and business leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in technology transformation, service operations, governance, change management, or global implementation support.
• Proven track record supporting multi-country workplace or collaboration technology transformations, with focus on adoption, communications, governance, and transition into operations.
• Experience establishing operating processes such as billing, chargeback, governance, demand management, service ownership, or adoption routines.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, AI-enabled workplace technologies, and emerging productivity and automation capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI capabilities to improve employee experience, productivity, service operations, or technology adoption.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cost recovery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global time zones.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate clearly with senior leadership.
