Workplace Cost Associate Manager

This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the India Workplace Capex & Logistic financials, Compliances teams. Leading and Managing Project Budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all projects related costs and financial transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of Capex financial services (new Fit outs, logistics and compliance) including day to Operations
• Analyze and evaluate cost data to determine project budgets and forecasts
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring that the project stays within budget.
• Identify and manage financial risks associated with construction projects.
• Prepare regular financial reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Prepare and present cost reports, including variance analysis and cost projections
• Ensure all financial aspects of the project are completed satisfactorily, including final accounts and claims resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills

Educational Background: Typically, a degree in civil engineering, or quantity surveying, MBA in finance Or a CA etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 Year of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, preferably in the IT and ITES industry.
• Experience: Experience in IT finance projects, cost estimation, and project management.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Chartered Institute of Civil Engineers (CICES) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) are often desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Able to deal with high stress situations.
• Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems.
