Job summary

Sapphirus Systems is seeking a Senior Workfront Lead/Architect to design scalable enterprise work management solutions. You will lead integration across Workfront, ERP, CRM and other platforms, architect AI-augmented workflows, and guide pre- and post-sales activities.

The role requires strong Java/Python/SQL skills, experience with iPaaS tools, and expertise in content supply chains and Martech. Hybrid work model in multiple Indian cities is offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years client-facing integration / implementation consulting experience.
• Hands-on with Workfront, Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion or similar iPaaS tools.
• AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration knowledge.
• LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agentic frameworks knowledge.
• Content Supply Chain, Martech, or Digital Marketing Operations experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration.
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

The role involves working with enterprise customers and designing scalable, future-ready work management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
