Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Workfront specialist in Hyderabad to configure, customize, and optimize the Workfront platform. You will design workflows, build integrations, and develop dashboards to drive delivery governance and operational efficiency.

The role requires hands-on setup of templates, forms, and automations, plus strong data quality controls and stakeholder collaboration for iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of experience with Adobe Workfront in configuration, development, or platform administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront setup: templates, custom forms, workflows, approvals, reporting, and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Workfront APIs and integration concepts (authentication, endpoints, payloads, error handling).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses.
• Design and implement workflows, approvals, routing rules, and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance.
• Build and maintain custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability.
• Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools.
• Create event-driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues with root-cause analysis.
• Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver iterative improvements.
• Support user onboarding, documentation, and enablement to drive platform adoption.
