Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a senior integration architect based in Bangalore to lead end-to-end integration across Workfront and ERP/CRM ecosystems. You will design AI-augmented workflows and architect content supply chains connecting creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systems.

You will guide pre- and post-sales engagements, translate complex needs into scalable solutions, and drive data migration across legacy tools as part of large implementation programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development with 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar).
• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagements.
• Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagements.

The opportunity

We are looking for a senior integration architect with a consulting mindset who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement work management solutions on the Workfront platform, bringing AI-driven automation and content supply chain thinking to make those solutions future-ready. Based in Bangalore, this is a high-impact consulting role with real scope to shape how global enterprises manage their content and marketing operations.

What You Bring

• 12+ years in software development with 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consulting
• Hands-on experience with work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar)
• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations
• Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration
• Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally
