Job summary

Qloron Technology seeks an Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant to design, develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to transform requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing Fusion automation scenarios, building REST API integrations with SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, Slack, and Adobe Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on Workfront Fusion implementation experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Ability to design scalable automation workflows.

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant to design, develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow automation, REST API integrations, webhooks, JSON, and Workfront administration.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, Workfront administrators, and technical teams to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain automation scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Build integrations between Adobe Workfront and third-party applications using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and Fusion connectors.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient automation workflows.
• Configure and manage Workfront objects, workflows, processes, permissions, and system settings.
• Develop reusable and scalable Fusion scenarios following integration best practices.
• Troubleshoot failed scenarios, API errors, data-mapping issues, and integration failures.
• Monitor automation workflows and optimize scenarios for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
• Integrate Workfront with SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, Slack, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Handle data transformation, mapping, validation, filtering, routing, and error handling within Fusion.
• Implement appropriate authentication and security mechanisms for integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, configuration documents, and support guides.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to administrators and support teams.
• Follow organizational governance, security, integration, and development standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Workfront configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting complex Fusion scenarios.
• Knowledge of Fusion modules, routers, filters, iterators, aggregators, data mapping, and error handling.
• Experience working with SaaS and enterprise application integrations.
• Understanding of API authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, API keys, and Basic Authentication.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of integration architecture and data-flow concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Workfront with Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, SAP, Slack, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise workflow automation and integration governance.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of OAuth and secure credential management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.Experience creating technical documentation and supporting production integrations.
