• Implement data conversions, file-based integrations, and enterprise application integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Gather technical requirements, document solutions, perform testing, and support customer validation activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve complex data, interface, and authentication challenges.
• Design and deploy web service integrations, API connections, and Single Sign-On solutions using SAML, OAuth, MFA, and related technologies.
• Support go-live activities, production deployments, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge base content, and integration best practices.

Integration Engineer

Role Overview

Integration Engineer responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, and deploying integrations between WorkForce Software solutions and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, and other cloud or on-premises platforms. Acts as the technical lead for interface development, data conversions, web services, authentication setup, and integration troubleshooting while supporting clients through build, validation, deployment, and transition to self-sufficiency.
