Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate - Rewards to shape rewards programs and equity design for diverse client portfolios. You will analyze compensation strategies, market benchmarks, and company policies to deliver practical recommendations across job architecture, executive pay, and incentive design.

As a senior member, you will mentor juniors, manage workstreams, and contribute to client proposals while translating data into actionable rewards solutions

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of Total Rewards experience.
• Design and optimize compensation frameworks including variable pay programs, job evaluations, salary structures, and integration of acquired workforce roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• English proficiency (oral and written).
• MBA or Master’s in Business Administration/Management preferred.

As a Senior Associate - Rewards you will support client service work in workforce consulting by analyzing compensation strategies, market benchmarks, and company policies to help shape rewards programs, job architecture frameworks, executive pay packages, incentive design, equity valuations, and compliance and reporting activities. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing a deeper understanding of the business context within our Workforce Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will interpret market and organizational data, translate workforce insights into practical recommendations, contribute to client proposals and thought leadership, and help advance rewards solutions that align with client strategy, culture, and performance goals.

What You Must Have

• Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years in Total Rewards
• Design and optimize compensation frameworks including variable pay programs, job evaluations, salary structures, and integration of acquired workforce roles
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
