• Support scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Partner with development teams to build AWS-based dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Act as an SME for operational metrics and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, WFM, PMO, and other stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Deliver actionable insights and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage AWS ML, forecasting, and anomaly detection capabilities to enhance reporting and identify business trends.
• Drive reporting automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of SQL and programming concepts, including Macros and JSON.
• Proficient in developing high-quality dashboards and reports using Excel.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Tableau, QuickSight, and Power BI is an added advantage.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels.
