You will apply low-code/no-code and scripting skills with platforms like n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, UiPath, and integrate APIs, databases, and tools such as Jira/Confluence to deliver reliable processes with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA/Automation Consultant, able to own requirements gathering through production release.
• Ability to document business rules and exceptions for automation.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms to deliver practical automation solutions.
• Banking Operations experience is a plus for domain context.

Responsibilities

• Own the full automation lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions end-to-end.
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools; troubleshoot with structured logic.
• Provide governance and robust exception handling for automated processes.
• Collaborate with business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Job Title: Workflow Automation & Agentic AI Consultant

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Bangalore preferred

Domain: Banking

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Seeking hands-on Workflow Automation Consultants who bring strong business-process and BA capabilities, low-code/no-code development and scripting/integration skills, practical Agentic AI knowledge, and demonstrated end-to-end automation delivery experience, preferably in Banking Operations.

• Business Analysis & Process Understanding: Experience as a BA/Automation Consultant, with the ability to understand operational processes, identify automation opportunities, document business rules and exceptions, and convert business needs into practical automation solutions. Able to own the complete process from requirements gathering through build, UAT, and Prod Release.
• Low-Code / No-Code Solution Development: Hands-on experience designing and implementing workflows with platforms such as n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar, and independently developing solutions to address business problems.
• Technical & Integration Skills: Working knowledge of JavaScript /Python or similar scripting, APIs, JSON, SQL/databases, Excel, and enterprise tools including Jira and Confluence. Comfortable troubleshooting integrations and creating custom logic when low-code capabilities are insufficient.
• Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation: Practical implementation-level understanding of Agentic AI/LLM frameworks, including agents, tool/function calling, workflow-agent orchestration, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop scenarios. Understands when deterministic automation is more appropriate than AI-driven decision-making.
• End-to-End Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience delivering automation projects across the full lifecycle: requirement analysis solution design development integration testing exception handling deployment production support, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Operations & Banking Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of operational processes and controls, preferably within Banking/Financial Services. Exposure to reconciliation, payments, transaction processing, reporting, maker-checker/approvals, exception management, auditability, and operational risk would be advantageous.
