Job summary

Recro in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Workday Technical Consultant with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance our global Workday platform across multiple operating companies. Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Workday Technical Consultant with 2 to 4 years of experience to support, maintain, and enhance our global Workday platform across multiple operating companies.

In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders- particularly in the UK and collaborate directly with our Talent Domain Architect. Your primary focus will be on Workday Core HRIS and complex Workday Integrations, with ample opportunities to expand your technical scope across broader Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Management & Troubleshooting: Design, build, test, and maintain robust Workday integrations. Rapidly diagnose and resolve integration failures and system issues.
• Core HRIS Support: Maintain and enhance Workday Core HR functionality to meet ongoing business requirements across multiple operating companies.
• Custom Reporting & Analytics: Build and optimize Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and matrix reports to support operational needs.
• Data Operations: Execute data loads and bulk updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) and manage Cloud Connectors.
• Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with UK-based leadership, business partners, and HR teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of technical hands-on experience in Workday implementation, integration, and support (3-4 years preferred).
• Workday Integrations (Critical Skill): Strong hands-on experience with EIBs, Cloud Connectors, Studio, Web Services, and APIs.
• Troubleshooting: Exceptional analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex integration and application errors efficiently.
• Core HRIS: Solid technical understanding of Workday HRIS architecture and security models.
• Reporting: Hands-on expertise in creating advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to interface directly with global stakeholders (specifically UK teams).
