Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Workday Support Specialist to provide Workday support to employees across entities, resolving ServiceNow tickets, maintaining employee data, processing updates and corrections, and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

The specialist works with HR Shared Services, HRBPs, Recruiters, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Systems support.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and case-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional HR teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Workday inquiries through ServiceNow within SLA targets.
• Support employees with Workday questions and transactions via email, Teams and ServiceNow tickets.
• Process Workday data updates and corrections.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain accurate data in Workday.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Technical teams to resolve cases.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Workday related issues.
