Bill Gosling Outsourcing in Gurugram, India is seeking a Workday Solutions Manager to lead the Workday program across the enterprise. You will oversee the Workday COE, manage integrations and orchestrations, drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives, and partner with HR, Finance, and Technology to optimize operations.

The role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in Workday and integrations.

The Workday Solutions Manager leads the execution, development, and innovation of Workday across the enterprise. This role combines strategic leadership and hands‑on technical expertise, ensuring Workday remains the organization’s single source of truth for Human Capital, Finance, and Operations. The incumbent manages the Workday COE team, oversees integration lifecycle management, and drives automation, AI enablement, and orchestration initiatives to optimize business operations aligned to the company’s vision and organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

• Work with Senior Management to align Workday solutions to overall business goals
• Ensure the productivity and technical excellence of the HRIS team to meet organizational goals.
• Serve as the technical execution lead for Workday SKUs, integrations, Orchestrations, applications, and Agents.
• Collaborate with Human Capital, Finance, and Technology and Innovation to design scalable Workday solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations using applicable applications
• Manage and optimize Workday applications to automate and enhance workflows.
• Implement and maintain Workday Orchestrations and Agents to improve process efficiency and automation.
• Lead readiness, regression testing, and deployment of new Workday releases SKUs and features.
• Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance within Workday environments.
• Mentor and develop WD COE Team to strengthen Workday technical capabilities within the team and SME’s within the organisation
• Engage with Workday early adopter and partner programs to evaluate new technologies and functionalities.
• Collaborate with PMO on project intake, prioritization, and execution of cross‑functional initiatives.
• Attend relevant conferences annually for professional and technical advancement.
• Champion the organization’s core values and promote collaboration and innovation across teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
