Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring an Application Consultant to lead Workday PSA workstreams and drive end-to-end implementations across global teams. You will design solutions, configure modules, test thoroughly, and ensure delivery aligns with business requirements.

You will collaborate with Finance, HCM, and Reporting teams, review configurations, and push for continuous improvements using AI and automation. A growth mindset and customer-focused approach are valued at Kyndryl.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience in large global organizations.
• Strong expertise in Workday PSA and related modules including Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Expenses, Financial Accounting, Time Tracking, Resource Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, and HCM Core.
• Deep understanding of professional services processes including Project Accounting, Revenue Management, Billing Schedules, Revenue Schedules, Resource Planning, CPQ, P2P, and O2C.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting complex Workday solutions, integrations, reporting, and data conversion activities.
• Strong understanding of Workday's Unified Core Architecture integrating Financials, HCM, and Projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Proven ability to manage the complete revenue lifecycle, configure complex billing arrangements, and develop advanced reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with Workday product innovations, PSA trends, and emerging technologies to optimize system performance and business outcomes.

• Minimum 2+ years of Workday PSA implementation experience with demonstrated expertise in advanced revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience with ecosystem staffing integrations, resource scheduling, customer invoicing, AI‑driven process optimization, and RPA technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
