Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Workday AMS leader to run end-to-end service delivery, manage incidents and escalations, and ensure SLA/KPI performance. You will coordinate releases, drive improvements, and lead global teams across on-site and offshore locations in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Workday support within AMS or HR tech, strong knowledge of HCM/payroll modules, and ITIL-aligned service management experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday support, AMS or HR tech services experience.
• Hands-on Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Security, Integrations/Studio.
• Familiar with ITIL-based support and service management.
• Experience leading global support teams and stakeholder relationships.

The Role Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Workday support, AMS, or HR Technology services.
• Strong experience in Workday AMS and service delivery management.
• Hands‑on expertise across key Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Security, and Integrations/Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday support processes, configurations, and issue resolution.
• Experience working within ITIL-based support and service management frameworks.
• Proven experience managing global support teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, service governance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading transitions, knowledge transfer, stabilization activities, and executive‑level communications.

Preferred Certifications

• Workday Certification(s) in relevant moules.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).
