New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd in Pune invites an experienced Workday Orchestration Developer to join our APAC HR tech team. You will design and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors to support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Workday integration experience, strong skills in XML/JSON transformations, security management, and collaboration with HR and IT colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday orchestration experience.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF.
• Build XML/XSLT/JSON transformations and orchestration flows across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
• Troubleshoot integrations, perform unit testing, manage security (ISU, domains, roles).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure Workday integration solutions.
• Familiarity with Windows, Client Server, SharePoint and Web-based development.

Detail JD for Workday Orchestration Developer will come early next week. Below is the high-level ask:

Relevant workday orchestration exp of year: 5+ year

• Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Build and optimize XML/XSLT/JSON-based transformations and orchestration flows across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
• Create and manage calculated fields, advanced/matrix/composite reports, and RaaS for integration and reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform unit testing, manage security (ISU, domains, roles), and support DT-based migration to production.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure Workday integration solutions.
• Have worked on Workday Financial module and integrations with other systems.
