Join us as the Workday Operations Manager to lead Workday IT operations, vendor management, and service delivery within the Solution Services organization, managing both full-time employees and contingent workforce teams. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of enterprise technology platforms, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

This is a Hybrid position based in Bangalore. You must be within a commutable distance from the location. You will be required to be onsite on an as‑needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

About The Role

• This role is responsible for overseeing Workday HR/Finance capabilities, managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering with senior business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions that support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of Workday and other critical SaaS platforms that support key business functions.
• The role involves managing cross-functional teams, including both employees and contingent workforce resources, while driving operational excellence and service quality.
• You will partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.
• Additionally, you will champion process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives to enhance business outcomes and user experience.

About You

• You should have 10-14 years of experience in Information Technology, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions and driving business outcomes through technology.
• You should have 2-3 years of hands‑on Workday HR/Finance experience, including business process configuration, EIB integrations, security administration, reporting, custom logic development, and production support.
• You should possess 3-5 years of people leadership experience, successfully leading both full‑time employees and contingent workforce teams in a global environment.
• You should have expertise in managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, MuleSoft, and Salesforce, along with experience in vendor governance, budget management, and service delivery operations.
• You should be able to thrive in fast‑paced environments, possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, understand Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, and bring a passion for innovation, with exposure to AI‑driven initiatives being a strong advantage.
