Document IT LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Workday technical consultant to design, build and support integrations and Extend applications for global HR, Payroll and Benefits clients. You will own solutions from requirements through deployment and ongoing support, closely collaborating with functional teams and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Extend, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and effective lifecycle management across deployments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of IT or consulting experience, including 6+ years hands-on Workday
• Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and PICOF, and Benefit Connectors
• Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Workday Extend applications, including business objects, the security model, orchestrations and application lifecycle management
• Proficiency in XSLT, XPath, XML and JSON
• Strong working knowledge of Workday Web Services (REST and SOAP) and the Workday data model
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Work with HR, Payroll, Benefits and business stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides and operational runbooks.

About the Role

You’ll own solutions from requirements through deployment and ongoing support, working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Integrations

• Design, develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (inbound and outbound), Core Connectors and Workday Orchestrate.
• Build and support payroll interfaces using PECI and PICOF for third-party payroll providers.
• Develop and maintain Benefit Connectors for Open Enrollment, Life Events and carrier feeds.

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

• Hands‑on experience with Workday Orchestrate.
• Hands‑on experience developing and deploying Workday Extend applications, including business objects, the security model, orchestrations and application lifecycle management.

Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Advanced Reporting or calculated fields.
