Job summary

Huron is seeking a Workday Integration Sr Consultant/Associate Manager to join our growing digital Workday practice in India. You will engage with leadership on various tasks and initiatives, delivering innovative integration solutions for clients across industries including Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare.

You will lead and mentor teams, define scope, manage projects, and apply Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP, XML and XSLT to deliver robust integrations while ensuring quality and

Qualifications

• Current Workday Integration Core and Studio certification.
• 5+ years of integrations experience.
• Integration and people leadership roles within technical workstreams.
• Deep knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management.
• Ability to train and develop staff in project-management and technical dimensions.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Current Workday Integration Core and Studio certification
• 5+ years of integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements
• Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 3 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases
• Deep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
