Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Workday integration specialist to design, develop, test and support integrations across Workday HCM and Finance. The role requires hands-on Workday Studio and API experience, with a strong focus on data transformation and problem solving.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders, prepare technical specs, and support deployments while following Workday standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering integrations in Workday HCM/Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP) and data transformation.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain
• Handle complex support issues and work on enhancements and developments
• Maintain and improve integrations across countries/vendors via incidents and changes
• Prepare technical specs from functional specs and business requirements
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support
• Support unit/integration testing and production deployments
• Follow Workday development standards and best practices
• Experience in data transformation and integration development
• Hands-on experience with Workday APIs: REST and SOAP

• Active Workday certification in integration space
• Workday Studio hand on experience
• Exposure to BIRT reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain
• Handle complex support issues and work on new enhancements/developments
• Responsible for maintenance and improvement and implementation of integrations for multiple countries/vendors/processes through Incident / Change Request Management
• Prepare technical specifications from functional specifications and business requirements
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.
• Follow Workday development standards and best practices.
• Strong experience in data transformation and integration development.
• Good experience in Workday integration development, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Hands on experience in technical solution design, release management, and integration delivery activities
