Job summary

TATA Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is hosting a Walkin Drive for Workday HCM Technical roles. The drive targets candidates with 5-12 years of experience and a strong set of Workday certifications and integration skills.

The event runs from 9:00AM to 1:00PM on 5 SEP 26. Candidates should bring their certifications and be prepared for hands-on discussions on Workday Studio, Core HCM, EIB, CCW/CCB and Web Services.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday Certification (HCM and/or Integration preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio.
• Experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors (CCW, CCB), PICOF, PECI.
• Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON.
• Experience in Workday Security Configuration.
• Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports and Calculated Fields.
• Workday Business Process Configuration.
• Experience with Workday implementations, support, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in walk-in interview process.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and optimize integrations.
• Contribute to data conversions, security configurations, and reporting needs.
