Job summary

PwC is hiring for a Senior Associate in Workday HCM to lead the creation and implementation of impactful HCM solutions across multiple Indian locations including Chennai. You will analyze complex needs, mentor peers, and ensure high standards while building deep client partnerships and understanding the business context.

You will work with a team to deliver Workday HCM deployments, ensure smooth integration, and contribute to client success through thoughtful problem solving and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years of experience with Workday HCM with at least 1 Workday implementation.
• Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others.
