LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Sr. Analyst, People Systems (Workday) in Hyderabad. The role focuses on extending Workday capabilities through Extend development and robust integration frameworks, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize extensions and integrations, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior team members within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR systems experience with good expertise in Workday Extend and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday Prism, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable integration architectures.
• Understanding of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Good communication skills translating between technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and enhance Workday Extend applications.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Workday integrations across HR, Finance, and third-party systems.
• Provide end-to-end solution architecture across Extend, integrations, configuration, and reporting.
• Develop advanced reports and data models using Workday Core, Extend, and Prism.

The Sr. Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into innovative Extend applications and robust integration frameworks. This role requires strong technical depth, solution architecture skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functional and technical domains.
