Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Associate in Bengaluru to lead client-facing workstreams in Workday Finance implementations. You will manage projects, analyze data, and communicate outcomes with stakeholders across programs. You will also mentor Analysts and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires deep Workday Finance experience, strong communication, and a finance or business background, with MBA preferred. Engagements span across procurement, reporting, and financial processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with successful implementation history.
• Strong expertise in Workday Finance modules: Supplier Accounts & Contracts, Procurement, Financial Reporting, and design & configuration of business processes.
• Certified in Workday Finance (Pillar: P2P, R2R, or C2C). Deep understanding of supply chain operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MBA in Finance preferred.

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
