Huron Consulting Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Analyst to join as a Workday Benefits Consultant. You will lead delivery across Workday HCM and Benefits implementations, coordinating with clients and teams to ensure successful configurations.

You will work with stakeholders to design, test and deploy benefits programs, including health, retirement and leave plans, while mentoring junior staff and driving client success. A strong background in Workday HCM and Benefits is required.

Competenze

• Substantial and measurable delivery within ERP/Workday HCM workstreams.
• 1-2 Benefits implementations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday workstream.
• Current active Workday HCM Certification; Workday Benefits Certification is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
• Must be able to setup benefit plans and experience of working on open enrollment will be added advantage.

Requirements

• As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution.

• Certification in Workday HCM is a must and Workday Benefits is an added advantage.

• You will provide Workday product, subject‑matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.

• In‑depth knowledge of how benefits plan such as retirement plans (403b) are setup in benefits.

• You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.

• Design and implement requirements in the Workday Benefits solution including company benefits program, which can include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing plans, PTO and other leave programs, and other voluntary benefits.

• Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.

• You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.

• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.

• Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.

• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.

• Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios.

• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

Requirements
