Konecta is building a Workday HR Center of Excellence and seeks a Workday Analyst to join as a core technical backbone for global deployments. The role focuses on hands-on configuration, deployment support, and ongoing maintenance across a global Workday HCM tenant.
The successful candidate will partner with global stakeholders, support SIT/UAT, data loads via EIBs, and help standardize Workday processes while aligning with governance standards. English or Spanish proficiency is required.
Konecta is deploying Workday Core HCM as a single, global platform. To ensure smooth project deployment and long-term operational excellence, we are building a permanent Workday HR Center of Excellence (CoE). We are looking for technical specialists who will participate directly in tenant deployment activities while establishing themselves as the core technical backbone of our ongoing global platform operations.
The Workday Analyst provides hands-on system configuration, parameterization, testing, deployment support, and continuous maintenance across Konecta’s global Workday HCM tenant. Working closely with the Head of Workday CoE, the role acts as a key technical driver within the Centre of Excellence, translating global business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions. The position supports both ongoing multi-country deployments and the continuous evolution of the global Workday environment, ensuring system scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with global governance standards.
The role is responsible for supporting Workday configuration and enhancements across Konecta’s global footprint, while providing Tier-level technical support and resolving escalations from local teams. Through close collaboration with global and local stakeholders, the Workday Analyst contributes to the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Workday processes and functionality.
