Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Integration specialist to maintain expertise with WD delivered tools and to help clients integrate Workday solutions into their environments. The role involves planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout and potential post-implementation support.

• Lead implementation planning, fit analysis, design sessions, configuration, unit testing, rollout and post-implementation support
• Assist clients in design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations
• Create client/internal solutions and communicate status in meetings
• Resolve integration related issues and assess impact of new Workday releases on processes

Workday Integration Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in Workday Integrations using WD delivered tools
• You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business results
• You will be responsible for Implementation planning, Fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, Configuration, Unit testing, Rollout and Potentially post - implementation support
• Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday integrations
• Create solutions for client and / or internal review, participate in client meetings to communicate status
• Resolve integration related issues
• Evaluate Workday new releases' capabilities, assess the impact on current processes and organise testing and rollout activities

Required Qualifications Experience

• Workday Integration Certified
• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
