Huron Consulting Group Inc. is a global consultancy driving strategic growth, innovation, and transformation. We seek a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to guide clients through implementation and support, aligning financial and planning processes with Workday solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience, certification, and strong analytical and communication skills to lead client engagements and deliver end-to-end deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and adaptive integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or CA.
• Able to lead client calls and end-to-end implementation, requirements design, testing and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client calls and guide end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Design requirements, perform testing and provide ongoing support.

As a Workday Adaptive Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and implementation and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial and planning processes, configure Workday solutions to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth deployment and integration.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and adaptive integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or CA.
• Able to lead call with client and help end to end implementation, requirement design testing and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferences

• Qualification MBA-FIN/ CA.
• Deep understanding of financial and planning processes in Workday Adaptive.
• Act as primary client contact during implementation.
