Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a Process Lead for ETL Testing, Java Selenium Automation, and AI exposure in Pune. The role targets 4-5 years of experience and requires Graduation.

The candidate will handle ETL validation, SQL-heavy data verification, and test automation with AI-assisted tooling, operating within Agile teams. Experience with AI/ML concepts to improve test efficiency and defect prediction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ETL Testing and Data Validation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in RDBMS databases.
• Hands-on experience in Java Selenium Automation Testing.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools, test automation frameworks, and intelligent test case generation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for improving test efficiency, defect prediction, and test optimization is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
