Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in Wi-Fi driver development.
• Deep expertise in Linux kernel networking and WLAN protocol stacks.
• Experience with Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 technologies and embedded networking devices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Wi-Fi driver solutions for WLAN chipsets and embedded devices.
• Lead MAC/Data Link Layer and driver components for Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 platforms.
• Define software architecture for drivers, firmware interfaces, HAL, and networking subsystems.
• Collaborate with chipset vendors to integrate and optimize WLAN solutions.
• Drive feature development and performance optimization including QoS and roaming.
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Wi-Fi driver solutions for WLAN chipsets and embedded networking devices.
• Lead design and implementation of MAC Layer, Data Link Layer, and driver components for Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 platforms.
• Define software architecture for Wi-Fi drivers, firmware interfaces, HAL, and networking subsystems.
• Work closely with chipset vendors to integrate and optimize WLAN solutions.
• Drive feature development for:

• Perform performance optimization, latency reduction, throughput enhancement, and debugging.
