Job summary

Maxine Automation in Tamil Nadu, Madukkarai, India is seeking Control Panel Wiring Technicians to join the panel manufacturing team. You will mount and wire components in control panels as per GA and wiring drawings, supporting site work as needed.

Ideal candidates hold ITI or Diploma in Electrical or related trade, can read wiring GA drawings, and are willing to travel for on-site duties. Freshers with practical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related trade.
• Ability to read electrical wiring and GA drawings.
• Familiarity with MCB, contactor, relay, PLC, VFD, SMPS and terminal blocks.
• Willingness to travel for site work.
• Freshers with good practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Mounting and wiring of components in control panels as per GA and wiring drawings
• Ferruling, crimping, lugging and dressing of control and power wiring
• Din rail, duct cutting and back panel layout work
• Continuity checks, buzzing and basic panel testing before despatch
• Panel installation and termination support at customer sites when required
• Maintaining wiring quality, neatness and safety standards

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related trade
• Ability to read electrical wiring and GA drawings
• Familiarity with MCB, contactor, relay, PLC, VFD, SMPS and terminal blocks (added advantage)
