Job summary

ASM Technologies seeks a skilled vehicle electrical designer to develop and simulate vehicle schematics, and create 2D bundle drawings for automotive applications. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, topology, load distribution, and connectivity, with experience using industry tools such as SABER, Zuken, Preevision, and Creo Schematics.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive and construction equipment domain knowledge.
• Experience in design and development of vehicle schematics and its simulation.
• Experience in schematics and 2D bundle drawings.
• Creo packaging and major schematics experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of vehicle topology, architecture, load distributions and connectivity.
• Knowledge in selecting fuse, relay, wire sizes for schematics.
• Ability to design schematics for vehicle end-to-end functions.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop vehicle electrical schematics and their simulations.
• Create 2D bundle drawings and ensure electrical integrity across systems.
• Apply knowledge of topology, architecture, load distribution and connectivity.
• Select components (fuses, relays, wire sizes) for schematics.
• Ensure end-to-end electrical system design for vehicles.
• Leverage tools like SABER, Capital Logic, Zuken, Preevision, and Creo Schematics for deliverables.

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations

• Strong Automotive/Construction Equipments domain knowledge.
• Strong experience in design and development of Vehicle Schematics and its simulation.
• should have experience in schematics and bundle drawings (2D)
• Creo Packaging Added advantage ,schematics should be Major Experience.
• Good Knowledge on vehicle topology, Architecture, load distributions, connectivity definition
• Should have knowledge in selection of fuse, relay, wire size values etc of the schematics designed.
• Should have a good knowledge in designing the schematics for Vehicle End to End functions.
• Should have very good understanding about the complete automotive electrical systems. Knowledge of Automotive / construction equipment Electrical and electronic components.
• Knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and development of electrical systems.
