• Track data parameters like key SLA metrics and CSAT/quality for forecasting and performance.
• Ensure zero non-compliances on data security and compliance.
• Support and adopt tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting.
• Assist in rolling out new MIS techniques to improve productivity and update progress to management.
• Carry out maintenance of MIS systems to improve efficiency and build capability through training.
• Develop analytics and statistical understanding to suggest improvements in report quality.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver timely, accurate and quality MIS reports and dashboards to external and internal stakeholders of the assigned account(s), following defined processes and standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders
  • Work closely with management, internal stakeholders and clients to understand their business information needs.
  • Make sure all reports and dashboards are prepared to stakeholder requirements at the agreed frequency (weekly, monthly or quarterly).
  • Review with the MIS Team Lead regularly for 100% accuracy before populating any customized dashboard or generating a customized report.
  • Track and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely updates and data management of parameters such as key SLA metrics like run-rate.
  • Generate account level reports (billable and non-billable) on forecasting, scheduling (onshore and offshore) and performance against SLAs, CSAT and quality.
  • Ensure zero non-compliances on process audits for data security and compliance.
• Support and adopt tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting
  • Support the manager in rolling out new techniques and initiatives that improve productivity.
  • Update the manager on the progress of new MIS initiatives.
  • Carry out periodic maintenance and servicing of the MIS system to improve operational efficiency.
  • Adopt new tools and technology solutions and build capability through training to improve personal productivity.
  • Develop analytical skills and an understanding of statistical analysis to suggest improvements in the quality of analysis.

Performance Measures

• MIS Management and Reporting: quality of analysis, zero errors in reports, and zero non-conformance on timelines against client or stakeholder requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: customized dashboards per client and functional requirements, zero escalations on data reporting, and zero non-conformance on security or compliance requirements.
• Team Management: team attrition percentage and employee satisfaction score.
