Role Purpose: Manage and support enterprise-scale Windows, Active Directory, Virtualization, and M365 environments across on-prem and cloud, ensuring high availability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AD, Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, DHCP
• Administer M365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Handle hybrid setup (AD Connect / Exchange Hybrid)
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for Windows Servers
• Manage virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware / Clusters)
• Implement automation using PowerShell
• Ensure patching, security and compliance

1. Microsoft 365 Operations

• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• Manage mail flow, security policies, and user provisioning
• Support Hybrid setup (Azure AD Connect / Exchange Hybrid)
• Ensure availability of email, collaboration, and file services

2. Identity & Core Infrastructure

• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), ADFS
• Ensure smooth functioning of DNS, DHCP services
• Handle SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
• Troubleshoot AD replication, GPO, Kerberos/LDAP issues

3. Windows & Server Management

• Support Windows Server 20122025 environments
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, patching, hardening
• Handle incident resolution, RCA, and service restoration
• Maintain SOPs and audit-compliant documentation

4. Virtualization & High Availability

• Manage Hyper-V / VMware / Failover Clusters
• Ensure high availability and optimal resource utilization
• Handle VM provisioning, performance tuning, backup coordination

5. Automation & Compliance

• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation
• Ensure patch compliance, security baseline adherence
• Support audits and governance requirements
