Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Windows VMware + Wintel Admin in India. The role involves managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and basic virtualization using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.

You will handle patch management with WSUS/SCCM/Ivanti/BigFix and write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, while ensuring security hardening and ITIL-aligned incident/change processes.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Windows server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and ADFS.
• Proficiency in virtualization platforms: VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
• Experience with patch management tools: WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, BigFix.
• Scripting knowledge with PowerShell for automation and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments (2012–2022) and ensure high availability.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and ADFS.
• Implement and operate virtualization with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
