Job summary

Proso AI, Inc. is seeking a Windows & Intune Administrator to support and maintain our Windows server and endpoint infrastructure. The role focuses on Windows patch management, endpoint administration, Microsoft Intune, infrastructure troubleshooting, and remediation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Windows environments and endpoints, with strong understanding of security updates, patch deployment, troubleshooting, and endpoint security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server and endpoint administration (Wintel).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and patch deployment.
• Strong understanding of Windows patch management and troubleshooting.
• Experience diagnosing and remediating infrastructure and endpoint-related issues.
• Experience in Windows operating systems, configurations, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Windows endpoint infrastructure.
• Perform patch management and security updates using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy and manage security patches, updates, apps, and endpoint configurations.
• Identify infrastructure-related issues, vulnerabilities, and gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Windows endpoint infrastructure.
• Perform Windows patch management and security updates using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy and manage security patches, updates, applications, and endpoint configurations.
• Identify infrastructure-related issues, vulnerabilities, and configuration gaps.
• Perform timely remediation and troubleshooting of infrastructure and endpoint issues.
• Support day-to-day infrastructure maintenance and operational activities.
• Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture.
