Job summary

Nuarsh TechServe in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Windchill Migration Architect to lead and design end-to-end PLM migration initiatives for complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of hands-on Windchill migration experience, deep knowledge of WBM, PLM migrations, data mapping and validation, and a proven ability to provide technical leadership and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill Migration.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM).
• Experience in PLM/legacy system migrations.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, validation and migration methodologies.
• Ability to provide technical/architectural leadership.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, planning and execution of Windchill migration projects.
• Design migration strategies for product data, metadata, documents and business objects.
• Define migration approaches, mapping strategies and validation processes for legacy PLM systems.
• Ensure data integrity, quality and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Review migration designs, scripts and deliverables for quality, performance and compliance.
• Mentor migration/development teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
