The role involves driving architecture, workshops, and technical reviews with stakeholders and vendors, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring successful delivery for US-based customers within global delivery models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Windchill PLM experience.
• At least 3 full-cycle Windchill PLM implementations in a Solution Architect role.
• Strong experience in mapping business requirements to technical designs.
• Experience working with US-based customers and global delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Windchill PLM implementations.
• Conduct workshops and pilots to analyze customer business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Deliver solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide customer training, content development, and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants while driving best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Act as the primary technical authority on PLM-related topics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and lead discussions, workshops, and technical reviews in multi-vendor environments.
• Guide, mentor, and develop junior consultants to build strong delivery capability within the team.
• Provide training, create content, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams.
