Job summary

Optum India is seeking a detail-oriented WFM Analyst to manage centralized workforce reporting and analytics for a global workforce (~50,000 employees). This role will focus on delivering accurate data insights, driving reporting automation, and supporting strategic decision-making across regions and business units.

We are looking for a detail-oriented WFM Analyst to manage centralized workforce reporting and analytics for a global workforce (~50,000 employees). This role will focus on delivering accurate data insights, driving reporting automation, and supporting strategic decision-making across regions and business units.

Primary Responsibilities

• WFM Analytics & Reporting
  • Manage global WFM reporting and analytics
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements in efficiency and utilization
  • Support leadership with performance insights and planning metrics
• MIS & Dashboarding
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
  • Automate recurring reports using advanced tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
  • Deliver periodic (daily to quarterly) reports and executive summaries
• Data & Automation
  • Build scalable reporting solutions using Excel, DAX, Power Pivots, Power Query and Power BI
• Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with WFM, Operations, Finance, HR, and leadership to align on reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduate (any discipline)
• 5+ years in WFM with solid understanding of end-to-end WFM lifecycle
• Expertise in Advanced Excel, DAX, Power Pivots, Power Query and Power BI
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
• Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management
