Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Public Health, Health Promotion, Exercise Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in wellness program management or leadership roles.
• Certifications: Health Education, Wellness Practitioner, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage wellness programs for the community and club.

6 days working (Sat ,Sunday working)

The Wellness Director is responsible for the development and management of wellness programs aimed at enhancing the overall health and well-being of individuals and members within the community and the club.

Industry Wellness,Hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Exercise Science, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness program management or a related leadership role.


• Certifications: Certified Health Education, Certified Wellness Practitioner, or similar credentials preferred.


• Skills: Strong project management and team management, budgeting, data analysis, and public speaking abilities. Proven Track record in program development and management


• Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
