Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Well Integrity Engineer to perform WellCat modelling, tubing stress analysis, and APB assessments for offshore and subsea assets. You will reconstruct historical well models and validate operating limits to ensure compliance with client standards.

The role requires handling WellCat and Wellplan, evaluating loads, life of casing and tubing, and troubleshooting through simulations. Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with global teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

The Well Integrity Engineer will perform WellCat modelling, tubing stress analysis, annular pressure buildup (APB) assessments, and well integrity reassessments for offshore and subsea assets. The role involves reconstructing historical well models, validating operating limits, and ensuring compliance with client well integrity standards.

Technical Skills

Casing & Tubing Design

• Design Casing strings and Completion tubings.
• Select appropriate casing grades, weights and connections, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Wellcat Modeling & Analysis

• Build Wellcat models for Drilling, completion, production and intervention operations.
• Analyze thermal and mechanical loads.
• Predict Annular Pressure Build-up.

Well Integrity Assessment

• Perform load‑case analysis.
• Assess casing and tubing life under various operating scenarios.

Simulation & Troubleshooting

• Investigate Casing failures.
• Analyze SCP [Sustained Casing Pressures].

Software Requirements

• Mandatory experience using WellCat and Wellplan.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with engineering modelling and data analysis software is preferred.

Behavioral Skills

• Effective communication and technical reporting skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Completions / Integrity experience.
• Familiarity with completion equipment.

• Experience in brownfield well integrity reassessment programs.
• Understanding of risk‑based integrity management approaches.
