Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled webMethods Developer with BPM experience to design, develop, and support enterprise integration and business process management solutions in Hyderabad. You will work with the webMethods Suite to build integrations, BPM workflows, and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with Integration Server, Designer, TN, UM, MWS, and API Gateway, plus strong REST/SOAP/XML/JSON skills and database know-how.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with webMethods Suite including IS, Designer, TN, UM, MWS, and API Gateway.
• Develop BPM workflows and automated processes per business requirements.
• Strong REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT and web services knowledge.
• Experience with messaging technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid SQL knowledge and relational database experience.
• Experience in deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions on the webMethods platform.
• Develop and support integrations using IS, Designer, and Universal Messaging.
• Design business processes with webMethods BPM.
• Create workflows, process models and business rules per requirements.
• Build and consume RESTful and SOAP services.
• Integrate webMethods with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and other systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and tune performance of integration/BPM solutions.
• Participate in requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Software AG webMethods Suite, BPM/process automation, API integrations, and enterprise application integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the webMethods platform.
• Develop and support integrations using webMethods Integration Server, Designer, and Universal Messaging.
• Design and implement business processes using webMethods BPM.
• Develop workflows, process models, and business rules as per business requirements.
• Create and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Integrate webMethods solutions with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other third‑party systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of integration and BPM solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve critical incidents within SLA timelines.
