Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior WebMethods Support Executive to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for WebMethods Integration Server, monitor B2B/EDI transactions, and resolve production issues in Bangalore or Hyderabad. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years WebMethods experience, strong Unix/Linux and SQL skills, and hands-on EDI/Trading Networks knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on WebMethods experience.
• Strong expertise in webMethods Integration Server (7.x/8.x/9.x).
• Experience with B2B, EDI, and Trading Networks.
• Strong Unix/Linux and SQL knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with EDI, Flat Files, XML, and IDOCs.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for webMethods Integration Server and related components.
• Monitor and troubleshoot B2B, EDI, and Trading Networks transactions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Resolve adapter-related issues (JDBC, SAP, MQ, Flat File, SOAP, EDI).
• Monitor system health using My webMethods Server (MWS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Mentor junior support engineers and drive support best practices.
• Participate in incident, change, and release management activities.
