Persistent is seeking a WebMethods Integration Developer with 10–12 years of experience to drive enterprise integrations. You will design, develop, and support integration solutions across systems, APIs, partners, and applications.

The role emphasizes B2B/B2B2 integration, REST/SOAP, EDI, XML, and databases, with exposure to webMethods 10.x or newer, and a strong emphasis on problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of overall experience in integration projects.
• Hands-on with webMethods development and B2B/B2B2 integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, EDI, XML, and databases.
• Migration or modernization projects with webMethods 10.x is preferred.

About Position:

We are looking for a WebMethods Integration Developer with strong experience in B2B and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in webMethods 10.x and above, enabling seamless integration across business systems, APIs, partners, and enterprise applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing integration solutions that drive business-critical processes.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and support integration solutions using webMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, API Gateway, CAF, BPM, and related components.
• Build and maintain B2B integrations involving EDI, REST/SOAP web services, flat files, XML, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability of integration services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration projects, enhancements, migrations, and ongoing support activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in webMethods development and integration projects, with mandatory B2B/B2B2 integration experience.
• Strong expertise in WebMethods Integration Server, Developer, Designer, Trading Networks, MWS, CAF, BPM, API Gateway, JDBC Adapters, and EDI integrations.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP web services, XML, flat files, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), API-led integrations, and production support environments.
• Exposure to webMethods 10.x or above and migration or modernization projects is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and in small teams.
