As the Web Development Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of web developers to deliver high-quality web solutions that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of web developers in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites, web applications, and digital experiences
• Define and enforce web development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of web solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
• Lead the design and implementation of front-end and back-end architectures, frameworks, and technologies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
• Serve as a technical liaison between development teams, project managers, designers, and stakeholders, communicating technical requirements and providing updates on project progress

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in web development roles, with a focus on front-end and/or back-end development
• Proven 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Experience with web development frameworks, libraries, and tools, such as Bootstrap, Sass, Webpack, and Git
