Job summary

At Zensar Technologies, we are seeking experienced Web Developers to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise web applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Angular. You will work in an Agile delivery team with strong hands‑on engineering skills and collaboration across product owners, QA, and other developers.

You will contribute to building secure, scalable backend services and reusable UI components while adhering to coding standards, reviews, and ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AngularJS/Angular.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards, debugging, and unit testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable enterprise web applications using Java and Angular technologies.
• Build and integrate secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Create reusable, responsive, and maintainable user interface components using AngularJS and/or Angular.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews, defect resolution, production support, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Use GitHub for source control and Jira for work tracking, documentation, and delivery transparency.
